I first visited Puerto Rico in 2018 and finally got to revisit it for a bit longer in 2022. Both trips have been after the big storm so it was nice to see how things have been improving despite the challenges still faced to this day on the island. Probably some of the best food i’ve had is on the island, and on my second trip we rented a car and got to drive all over… definitely recommend doing this! The rainforest was amazing and I loved driving through all the hilly roads, and making stops on the pork highway.
